This week our Heroes start off the show talking about what it is like to have a kitten. Dan tries to give the cat away to Jess. Dan tries out all the names everyone suggested, but they do not fit wit the cat's personality just yet. Will Dan keep the cat? Will the cat live the easy life? We will have to see.
Our Heroes go on to talk about how Jess is trying to have two birthday parties, but it almost was not an option since her basement was trying to flood from the recent rain.
This week our heroes talk about being stuck inside and going crazy. Dan busts the water pipe to his house playing Mario. Jess talks about the fire in her small town and Dan falls down the 80's video rabbit hole.
We then talk about Jess's apple tree and how Jamie has to cut it back to prevent Kira from eating them. Dan talks about how the cats ate his pepper tree. Dan goes on to talk about the new Hulu movie with Andy Samberg and how it is in the same style as Ground Hogs Day. Dan asks Jess if she could live the same day over and over. Her answer was great. Dan talks about having to leave the TV on all day so he doesn't feel home alone.
Dan talks about how the new COVID rules and how he felt about people selling masks with logos on them a few months ago and how now his opinion has changed to affect the new normal. We talk about how Jess's GTTSD masks are there to bring comfort and style during a time where this is the new normal with no foreseeable end in sight. The mask sales also help the COVID cause.
Jess and Dan weigh in on the new Lego Nintendo NES system set that is coming out. Will either of them fork out the $230 for it? (ouch) they then talk about how profitable it is to buy lego to re sell them later.
Kurt CobainOur Heroes start the show talking about drinking out of very old led hoses as a kid. Yuck!
Jess talks about working at the Take 5 Deli. We discuss how Jess posted a picture of a balloon that says "it's a girl" and everyone that thought Jess and Jamie had a baby.
We then talk about Vlogs and fireworks and how since people are stuck at home, fireworks have increased. Dan now knows what fireworks costs and can hear thousands of dollars a night be ing exploded.
Jess talks about how they are having a Pirate themed weekend on Mackinac Island. They talk about what it would be like to own a Pirate Ship and should you be dressed like a Pirate if you are going to own a Pirate ship. They talk about what the standard pirate costume is. Dan has bad Pirate jokes.
Kurt Cobain's Guitar from the MTV unplugged set sells for over 5 million dollars. We talk about if he would still be around today, would the much have been good? Would the guitar fetch that much if he didn't die?
Dan tells a story of the super dust storm that blew into his town. here is the picture of his tumbleweed pile.
Our Heroes start the episode by scaring Memphis with our sound claps. Jess helps Dan figure out how to nat make every day feel the same.
Jess celebrates 300,000,000 view milestone. We then watch our Heroes try to do the math to see how many years of watch time she has. We talk about Jess's article in Dogster magazine. Dan thinks it sounds like an animal dating app.
Jess has a hard time with setting up the pool, you will have to listen to see if Jess and Jamie actually do it. Jess tells the story of how sunburned Jamie is. (it looks bad ) Dan wishes he was there so he could have a belly flop contest.
Our Heroes kick off the show with talks of how people get our names wrong. Jess talks about how her town had a mini flood. Dan wants a custom POP figures of his DANtics character.
